THE TROUSERED ONES, multi-instrumentalists Rob Rheubottom and Mark Cameron are longtime stalwarts of the Manitoba music scene. Mark and Rob originally teamed up as the rhythm section for the popular Celtic group - the DUST RHINOS. A musical partnership grew out of their mutual eccentricities and love of Celtic/Maritime music. Whether performing on CBC's Culture Shock, Friday Night Vibes, or A-Channel's Big Breakfast Club, at large events like the PAN AM GAMES, FESTIVAL DU VOYAGEUR, FOLKLORAMA, FORD WORLD CURLING CHAMPIONSHIPS or promotional shows for the Downtown, Norwood or Exchange District Business Associations, or onstage at weekend house gigs such as the King's Head (voted best pub in the city - Uptown Magazine!), Toad On Main (voted best new restaurant - Wpg Free Press!), THE TROUSERED ONES serve up the tunes piping hot along with a healthy dash of downhome humour.
