Scales Zoo reptile shows and displays are very popular at Malls, fairs, exhibitions and trade shows, and have proven to attract a large audience of all ages. Kids drag their cousins, their uncles, their grandparents. anyone who will take them to come see the reptiles. Teenagers bring their friends, and all ages are very entertained with the display. They also usually learn a thing or two while there.

Ryan and Sheila are the owners and curators of Scales Zoo, and have a wide variety of reptile friends to bring to presentations. They have been providing hands on interactive reptile education since 2000. They feel conservation is important, and pride themselves in the informative aspect of their shows, dispelling myths and promoting a wholesome no - nonsense approach to education. They are sure to be able to answer nearly any reptile related question and are available for these questions for the duration of the display.

The displays usually include pythons, boas, albino snakes, and other species of snakes from all parts of the world including species native to Canada, Giant legless lizards, a crocodilian, a turtle and a tortoise. As hosts of the display, Ryan and Sheila are more than happy to answer questions about each animal, often holding a friendly reptile which people can get a close up view, or even touch. The public is free to take their own pictures of the display, Polaroid pictures with a snake are also offered, and are always very popular with all ages.

The display is available from 3 to 12 hours per day. Presentations can also be worked into the schedule at certain times of the day. The displays have proven to attract many people to all venues in the past. Scales Zoo are available for shows in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.
