Rollin Penner is a multi-talented performer whose credits include work in musical theatre (Gilbert & Sullivan Society, Rainbow stage), acting (Winnipeg Mennonite Theatre, Southeast Regional Theatre), writing (a book, The Greenfield Chronicles in 2002, and 2^nd place prize, Canadian Author’s Association short story contest, in 2000), an album of original children’s music (Cows in the Closet) and four years with the Nashville recording group, Musical Warriors, just to name some of his accomplishments.

In the past two years Rollin has made a name for himself with his highly popular comedy sketches on CBC Radio One, called The View from Greenfield. His years of experience on stage and behind the microphone make his live shows consistently professional and entertaining. His abilities as a writer allow him to tailor his performances to the specific subjects and sensibilities of his audiences. You will not be disappointed.

Rollin’s book, "The Geenfield Chronicles" spent three weeks on the McNally Robinson Best Seller list, and has been nominated for Canada’s top literary humor prize, the Stephen Leacock Award.
